Context & goals
Schedulame was created to give hair salons a single control panel for bookings, clients and communications, without having to jump between paper calendars, WhatsApp and Excel spreadsheets.
Problems & constraints
- Minimize no-shows through automated reminders and confirmations.
- Keep the interface understandable even for non-technical teams.
- Seamlessly connect calendar, client profiles and reporting.
Solution & architecture
The platform combines a shared calendar with detailed client profiles and an automation engine that sends confirmations, reminders and follow-ups via channels already familiar to the salon (like WhatsApp).
What I would improve now
Bring even more automations based on historical data into the product (such as re-booking suggestions) and a more in-depth reporting layer for multi-location owners.
