Personal Context MCP

An MCP server running locally that maintains the consistency of Claude's memory across different chat sessions. It allows you to access many markdown documents through various means, where Claude will first open the index document, followed by opening only relevant documents pertaining to the discussion. It can also help in making changes during the course of the chat. It is implemented using TypeScript and utilizes the MCP SDK.
